PHASE 2 REOPENING PLAN
Practices that will change:
- You will no longer need to have your temperature taken when you arrive at the Clubhouse
- Attendance: 20 people can sign up for the morning shift (8:15a.m.-11:45a.m.) and 20 people can sign up for the afternoon shift (12:15p.m.-3:45p.m.)
- We will begin offering lunch on July 6, 2021
- Masks must be worn at all times
- Social distancing will be practiced
- If you leave the building during your shift, for any reason (smoking, appointments, etc.), you will not be permitted to return to your shift
- Call to reserve your spot in a shift up to a week in advance
If unable to adhere to the guidelines above, the member will be asked to attend at a later phase in the reopening process.
Virtual Clubhouse opportunities will remain in place to assure connection and engagement with those not on site. Member and staff teams will be utilized to assure safety and regular planning related to each area listed below.

Washing your hands is easy, and it’s one of the most effective ways to prevent the spread of germs. Clean hands can stop germs from spreading from one person to another and throughout an entire community—from your home and workplace to childcare facilities and hospitals.
Follow these five steps every time.
Washing your hands is easy, and it’s one of the most effective ways to prevent the spread of germs. Clean hands can stop germs from spreading from one person to another and throughout an entire community—from your home and workplace to childcare facilities and hospitals.
Follow these five steps every time.
- Wet your hands with clean, running water (warm or cold), and apply soap.
- Lather your hands by rubbing them together with the soap. Lather the backs of your hands, between your fingers, and under your nails.
- Scrub your hands for at least 20 seconds. Need a timer? Hum the “Happy Birthday” song from beginning to end twice.
- Rinse your hands well under clean, running water.
- Dry your hands using a clean towel or air dry them.
- Apply the gel product to the palm of one hand (read the label to learn the correct amount).
- Rub your hands together.
- Rub the gel over all the surfaces of your hands and fingers until your hands are dry. This should take around 20 seconds
- Before, during, and after preparing food
- Before eating food
- After using the bathroom
- After blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing
- After putting on, touching, or removing cloth face coverings
- Before and after work shifts and periodically throughout shift
- Before and after work breaks
- After touching money or objects that have been handled by other people, such as reusable grocery bags
- Before putting on and taking off disposable gloves
- After contact with any body fluids
